Your initial subscription order is billed immediately at checkout for the upcoming shipping cycle.  Billing for your subscription occurs on the 15th of each month.

On a subscription shipment, your order will typically ship on the 21st with a two-day delivery cycle, (or the next business day if the 21st falls on a weekend).

We will send you an email notice as soon as your shipment goes out. International addresses will ship with FedEx tracking number so you can track progress across borders. Please note subscribers in Alaska, Hawaii, or other countries will experience longer shipping times.

Yes, we can adjust the start month. We ship our orders on the 21st of each month so if you want an order to start at a later date, simply email us your request after you place your order.

We will confirm via email that we have moved your shipment dates.

Unfortunately, we cannot do that just yet. Though as we grow, it's definitely something we'd like to make possible.

You can pause indefinitely, skip a month, or cancel at any time. Just reach out to our team and we’ll take care of it for you.

There are no contracts, commitments, or fine print – you can cancel your subscription at any time!  Simply email us.

Cancelling a subscription will not cancel already subscribed shipments for that month. Cancelling a subscription only stops future renewals.

While we make every effort to keep the ingredients in our boxes accessible to people of all dietary restrictions, there is simply no way we can accommodate everyone--believe us, we have tried! We list ingredients on our products.  We advise all our customers to exercise caution if they are concerned about an allergy issue. Our seasonings are no to low sodium.

Yes, you can order single items on our store page. You will see a link Pad You Pantry at the top of the page on the menu bar. Shop and purchase.

Since we are dealing with food items, we cannot accept returns. If there was a problem with an item in your order, please get in touch by emailing us and we'll do everything we can to make it right. If something just was not to your taste, we are sincerely sorry, and hope your next box will be more to your liking.

All our subscriptions can work as gifts.  Just enter your recipient's info in the shipping section of the order.  If you'd like us to include a special gift note, make sure to add a gift note to your purchase, and include the information in the "note" on the cart page. And if you'd like to put together something custom, please reach out to us! We would be delighted to help you make something memorable.
